Mission and Vision
The linked piece located here: Professional Dispositions Opportunities for Growth demonstrates how I take a critical look at my own strengths and opportunities for growth when compared to various professional dispositions such as RWRCOEL Professional Dispositions, NBPTS Five Core Propositions, and RWRCOEL Technology Proficiencies. As I reviewed each professional disposition, I reflected upon my own professional practice and determined whether or not that disposition was already a strength that I could continue to strengthen or an opportunity for growth that I need to focus on.
